It never even occurred to be that the bridge collapse in Minneapolis might have been terrorism-related.

2. Personally, being from there, I know that section.  The river there is a *bit* rough, and it has HEAVY traffic (The U of MN is right there).

   Side note: One of the concerns was that “weather was coming”.  Another one of those Minnesota-isms that only the natives understand....
