What’s Next?
I’m looking through the list of remaining software and trying to figure out how to break it down and what will be next. I may also repackage some of what remains plus some of what was already mentioned under the category of network/server.
There are things specific to support and call center operations. There are some industry-specific items that aren’t law firm related. There are things I wrote or was involved in the writing or testing of, some of which have been mentioned, all of which could be collected together. There’s backup software, antivirus and malware software, personal software, and other utility or specialty software. Decisions, decisions…
I was thinking of tossing together a quick post next, but I’m not sure there’s much that lends itself to “quick.” I have to explain in significant detail about Clarify Compass, Aspect, Workbench, Escalation Assistant, Web Coach, Web Response Tracker, and Technology Management System (TMS), for instance. And where do I even put something like wINDEX? Well, industry-specific, I guess, since it’s for book indexing.
Hmmm…
Or do I drop offline for a couple hours and clean the office? Usability would be good.
