They Grow Up So Fast

Sadie has graduated to being able to draw in Paint, holding the mouse button down as needed.  My KidPaint program taught her how the mouse works, both moving around to draw and clicking to select, and apparently she has gone from there.  She started the day requesting her “writing program” and not wanting to use KidPaint.  Then she got stuck in a WordArt dialog while playing with the Word drawing tools and came for help.  Then she asked for the other drawing program, Paint, and has gone to town with it.  Previously she didn’t “get” holding a button down while moving the mouse, on top of not knowing how to click to change colors or tools.
