Rebooting Carnival of the Capitalists

I have put up a post at thecotc.com regarding the possibilty of “rebooting" Carnival of the Capitalists to improve quality and regain relevance.

Feel free to read, comment, and even link.  I could certainly be completely arbitrary, and reserve the right to ignore the feedback I get, but I’d still like to know what people think.
