Is it wrong to mention aloud that your 8 month old has said a couple of two syllable words - ready and yellow - in mimicry of words she heard?  This in keeping with her rapid language development and apparent urgent desire to talk Now Please.  It seems so early to me that to mention it seems like bragging, and perhaps setting excessive expectations that won’t be met if she decides to relax.

Talk about the anti-Sadie, at any rate.
