Henry Was a Newborn…

When he heard his first Beatles Song.  Love Me Do, I think it was, and from there it didn’t take him long.  Got himself a mother, used to nurse every day.  Soon he’ll be a big kid, and every thing’s okay.

Heh.

Near the end of the surgery, when they were closing or had closed, and it was getting into cleanup. the cool anesthesiologist, the same awesome one we had for Sadie (he’s that memorable), fired up a CD of the Beatles.  I’m sure it was the “One” album.  Love Me Do was indeed the first song, and first Beatles song, the squirt got to hear when he was out in the world.

Naturally I thought of the Bad Company song immediately, and changed the words Johnny and schoolboy in the first sentence of it, which I sang to Deb for her amusement.

It took the first few songs on the CD before we were done, with the remaining crew singing along and even dancing a bit.  What a great way to start out.
