1. Thanks Jay,
   My 21st birthday, 41 years ago, was spent at Fort Knox training.  I had one of those eye opening experiences.  The guy next to me jammed his cleaning
   rod into his M-14 and the rod and live round parted my hair.
   Up to that point I had never believed the he was cleaning his weapon and didn’t know it was loaded and shot himself or wife or… stories.
   I always thought it was a polite way to cover up
   suicide.
