Happiness Is…

My kitchen smelling absolutely amazing hours after we ate.

I experimented successfully with making something Chinese-flavored, with the first stage in the crockpot, which is what really left the great scent.  I’ll no doubt write about it at the cooking blog soon, but I wanted to remark about how nice it is, still smelling it.
