E-Mail Problems

I discovered today that our domains, notably but not isolated to elhide.com, had gotten spam and virus scanning of e-mail turned on at a strong level, probably during cPanel updates or server moves.

I’d thought my volume of mail was off, and suspected things of not getting through, but I was more worried about outgoing.  In Windows Mail on Vista, basically any e-mail from any of our domains is classified as “junk” and goes in with the actual junk and impressive volume of other false positives.

Anyway, if you have e-mailed us and we’ve not seemed to be home, you may have been filtered aggressively.
