Bad Timing

Here I am, with a roast beef to cook, and it’s 60 degrees out.  Doh!  We try to use the oven when it’s colder rather than warmer, to double to boost the warmth in here.  Considering we’ve already had to open windows, that’s not exactly necessary.

But yay for low heating bills!
