And Now for Liftoff…

I was up at a reasonable time, though you’d never know it.  I still have to finish emptying the truck.  I ended up having to bring home the giant coffee table, which missed fitting in storage by a few inches.  I think it’s going in the alcove for them to play at or something.  I might get everything else in as little as one load and as little as a couple hours, but more likely will need longer.  Absolute worst case I can take the last few thing tomorrow when I am up there anyway.  That might even bring home to Sadie that the office is closed, so she won’t obsess about going there with me.

Deb coined the word blogbligation, which is a mouthful, inspired by my need to do CotC today.  That is the one big thing I could do without, but oh well.  Absolute worst case, it gets finished and published late tomorrow.  Meanwhile, though, the plan is to start that now, while I turn a chicken carcass into soup/stew, with which I hope to experiment with dumplings.

So apart from maybe a post of kid pictures I forgot until now that I had planned, this may be it for posts from me today.  I need to scramble, even if some of it is at the computer.  Which I wish I could see better!  I woke with fuzzy eyes today, but instead of better it’s gotten worse as the day progressed.

Oh, I also have to go to the store!  I was congratulating myself earlier for not needing to do that until at least tomorrow.  Turns out Valerie dislikes grape juice and we’ve run out of apple, so…
